SHUBH COLLECTION has no Return/Exchange policy.
However, if you have received a damaged, tampered, or wrong article, your order will be eligible for Exchange only. No refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
Please Note:
No defects will be considered without a proper unboxing video.
Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. Any defect or damage claim without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. The video must be shared within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number.
Exchange Process:
Our team will carefully examine the returned article(s) before dispatching a replacement. All original tags must be intact on the product(s).

Cancellation Policy:
Orders are generally fulfilled within 2–4 hours of placement. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled until it is shipped from our warehouse.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation will be taken via phone call before shipping.
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded based on the customer’s choice: either as a refund coupon code or a refund to the original payment method. A 5% deduction will be applicable as payment gateway charges.

Refunds will be issued only in the form of a coupon code. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be reused for any other order.
The coupon code will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance and can be used anytime within this 60-day period from the date of cancellation.
