Free Delivery

• Free delivery is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1999 across India.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to prepaid orders below ₹1999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Partial Cash on Delivery service across India.
• A minimum advance payment of ₹300 is required to process COD orders.
• A flat charge of ₹100 is applicable on all COD orders.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Time

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.

Important – COD Orders

For COD orders, a minimum advance amount of ₹300 must be paid online to confirm your order. Our representative will contact you to confirm the order and provide payment details.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. Orders will be dispatched only after the advance payment is successfully received.

Serviceable Pincodes

Free shipping is applicable only to pincodes serviced by our logistics partners. If your pincode is unserviceable, additional shipping charges may apply.

In such cases, our team will contact you before dispatching the order to inform you about the additional charges.

Important Delivery Requirement

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery process.

Failure to provide or receive the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package, which is beyond our control. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to OTP failure or non-delivery, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment, and these charges must be borne by the customer.
